Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before applying.
Is it really 100% remote?
Yes, completely. No commute, no office to report to. You work from home, with your own equipment and a good internet connection.
Do I have to live in Montreal or Quebec?
No. You can apply from anywhere in Quebec and Canada. Since everything is remote, your location is not a barrier.
How does the technical test work?
It's a hands-on scenario tailored to the role you're applying for. The goal is simple: to see how you solve real problems, calmly and concretely. No tricks, just your skills.
When do I get paid?
Compensation is discussed based on your experience and the role, and begins once your application is accepted and onboarding has started. We talk about it openly from the interview onward.
Do I need certifications or years of experience?
Certifications and experience are assets, but they're not absolute requirements. What matters most is your real know-how — which is exactly what the technical test lets you demonstrate.
