HDD: 3-pass overwrite (zeros + random data + verification)

Yes — for both individuals and businesses — from 3 devices in our Canadian service areas. For 1 or 2 devices, a small travel fee may apply depending on your location. Reselling still-usable components lets us offer this service free of charge.
Yes. NIST 800-88 erasure: 3 passes for HDDs, ATA Secure Erase and cryptographic wipe for SSD/NVMe, Apple Configurator reset for T2 and Apple Silicon Macs. For businesses, an erasure certificate with serial numbers is provided. On request, physical drive destruction with photo/video proof.

Yes. Every business pickup generates a chain-of-custody form with a detailed list (models, serial numbers, condition). On request, a data erasure certificate and a recycling certificate compliant with Canadian e-waste standards are provided — useful for ISO 27001, SOC 2 and internal audits.
Devices that still work are refurbished and donated to schools, non-profits and low-income families through our community partners. The rest is dismantled and sent to a certified e-waste recycling facility for recovery of metals, plastics and rare earths.
Yes. Fleet refresh, office closure, relocation — we handle operations of 50 to 500+ devices with full inventory, on-site or secure-facility erasure, and detailed reporting. Select "More than 50" in the form and we will schedule a coordination call.
