What is the response time?
We generally respond within the hour during business hours (9am-6pm). Requests received outside these hours are handled the next business day.

How does a remote support session work?
After booking, you download AnyDesk (free). At the time of your appointment, you give us a temporary access code and we securely connect to your computer.
