From home repairs to a full-service IT agency
It all started with founder Samad Mokrini. From 2014, based in Rabat, Morocco, he provided remote IT support to an international clientele — mainly across the United States and Europe. He also built websites and SEO strategies for clients in Paris, London, Dubai, Montreal, Toronto, and New York. This is where IT Cares' expertise was forged: remote troubleshooting, data recovery, security, and web, serving clients around the world.
In 2018, Samad moved to Montreal and officially launched IT Cares there. Alongside the proven remote support, we added in-home visits across the greater Montreal area. The mission stayed the same: reliable, fast, and affordable service for everyone.
We launched our business maintenance plans and became the go-to IT partner for many Montreal-area small businesses, providing priority support, security audits, and network management.
In response to growing client demand, we added web design, SEO, and Google Ads management to our offering. IT Cares became a full-service digital agency for Canadian entrepreneurs.
Our remote support model allowed us to serve clients in over 50 cities across Canada. From Halifax to Vancouver, IT Cares became the go-to name for remote computer support nationwide.
In March 2026, Samad left his web agency consulting role for good to focus on IT Cares full-time. This marked the start of a fast expansion across Canada and the United States, with IT support available everywhere — remotely and on-site.
In just two months, IT Cares climbed to the top of the Canadian market, with a presence in over 20 cities and hundreds of helpful content pages for its clients. Over 5,000 clients served, with an unchanged commitment: fast response, transparent pricing, and guaranteed satisfaction. True to its international roots, IT Cares is now building RemoteFix247, its remote IT support brand serving clients all over the world.
