Will you talk slowly with me?
Of course. We adjust pace to whoever we're helping. If you want us to repeat or slow down, just say so — no offense taken.

Most laptop problems fixed in 30 to 60 minutes. Bigger repairs (data recovery, OS reinstall) can run 1–2 hours and we keep you informed.
