Is it safe to let someone connect remotely?
Yes. We use AnyDesk with 256-bit TLS encryption — the same level as Canadian banks. You authorize the session with a one-time code, you watch every action on your screen in real time, and you can disconnect instantly with one click. We never store your files or passwords after the session.
How fast can you start?
Most calls start within 15 minutes during business hours (9am–9pm ET, 7 days a week). Outside those hours, leave a message and we'll respond within an hour.
I live in a small town. Will you still help me?
Absolutely. Remote works the same way whether you're in Yellowknife, NWT or Toronto, ON. As long as you have an internet connection, we can fix your computer.

Not usually — remote is faster and cheaper. If you absolutely need on-site service in Montreal area, we can arrange it, but 95% of repairs are fully remote.
